With a BSc in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA from INSEAD, France, Michael co-founded Persol and leads business development, strategic alliances, and international expansion. A Microsoft Certified Professional with expertise in PRINCE2 and PMBOK practices, Michael combines technical acumen with extensive experience in IT consulting and marketing.

Director of Systems
Tom, a co-founder of Persol, studied Mechanical Engineering at Southbank University. He brings expertise in Novell Netware, messaging solutions, and electronic fund transfer systems.
